What is GDP, Gross Domestic Product exactly?

When the GDP is next reported it will be the nail in the coffin. It will be one of the leading indicators that a powerful slow down is in progress. Yes there are many other factors that effect the market. I am saying this is the one figure of data that will send the market's to their next leg down. It will be a hard blow to an already weak market.
Up to this point the GDP figures have remained strong for one reason. The demand in exports caused by a weak dollar. That cycle may be ending as hard data is revealed.

BTW, here is a video taken at one of my shows this summer. I am hardly in it, but I am the guy on the left of the singer. We have a myspace page that is currently being updated. We are currently recording a few songs to post and new pics and videos will be up by the end of the year. The guy I replaced got a record deal and is now the singer for Paul Gilbert of Mr Big.
